Ooni Pizza Oven
Andy says "we were kindly donated a Koda 12, pizza oven from Greg at Ooni.
"This was ideal for some of the late night transitions and when there were a large number of runners to feed.
"It takes about 20 minutes to get the oven up to temperature, then only a minute to cook each pizza. This meant I could warm the oven in advance and only cook the pizzas once the runners arrived. Piping hot, fresh pizza, straight off the hill was popular!
"Although this will make Greg wince, it cooked supermarket stonebaked pizzas really well 🙂"
Thank you so much tio Greg for the Koda 12 - speaking as someone who wasn't on the hill - looking at the pictures gave me major FOMO!
